Ybor 1701 offers studio time to photographers and
video artists at a very low cost. When you lease time at our studio,
you will have full access to our wardrobe, props,
and lighting as well as the ability to use any of our backdrops.

Ybor 1701 Studios is a photography/video studio complex
designed by owners Richard Strawn and Jim McDevitt to give photographers and videographers the break we have all
searched for to take our business to the next level.



We also think it's great for models as it gives them
a safe and great studio to work with photographers.

We now have over 5000 square feet and another 4000 or
so more to grow into. We rent studios by the hour and with
monthly time special arrangements.

We can also rent office space for related businesses.
