RATES

Hourly Rate
Studio A or Studio B - $40.00 plus tax
Both Studios at once - $70.00 plus tax

1/2 Day Rate
$120.00 plus tax for 4 hours

Full Day Rate
$249.00 for 10 hours
(this option can be divided up into multiple shots see below)

10 Hour rental
$249.00 plus tax for 10 hours of studio time. This can be used in one shoot or divided up to however many times you need. Hours not used each month will roll over from month to month. They do not expire.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled time or you will be charged/ account deducted for your scheduled hours booked.

· All rates include set up time, actual shoot/production time, and clean up time. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY!
- Special requests or set-ups must be submitted through email and at least two days prior to shoot to be considered.
· Renter is responsible for returning the studio to a clean state as it was upon entry including removing used trash bags and returning all wardrobe clothes to the appropriate rack. Make up room must also be clean and free of trash.
· Additional fees may apply for damage and/or misuse of studio equipment and/or props.· YBOR 1701 STUDIOS reserves the right to know any and all details of renters photo/video shoot while occupying the studio.

A FEE OF $15.00 PER SHOOT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE USAGE OF ALL STROBE TRIGGERS. We encourage you to use your own triggers. Our lights use the ¼ inch mono plug style connection.
We are booking more people now and both studios are being booked at one time. If you feel you need exclusivity with the make up room and additional charge of $15.00 per HOUR will be assessed.
